Welcome to Salaam Center! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Salaam Center

Salaam Center is an online educational platform based in Spain, offering live Zoom-based classes for Quran, native languages (Dari and Pashto), Islamic ethics, and cultural education for children aged 6 and above. We also provide learning materials and certificates upon completion.

2. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be handled under the jurisdiction of Spanish courts.

3. Eligibility & Parental Consent

Our services are intended for children aged 6 years and above. All students under 18 must use Salaam Center under the supervision or consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Live Classes & Trial Lessons

All our classes are conducted live via Zoom. We offer a free first lesson for every new student. Continued access to classes requires a paid subscription.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

• Payments can be made via PayPal or credit card.
• All subscriptions are recurring monthly unless canceled by the user.
• You may cancel your subscription anytime. Access to classes will continue until the end of your paid period.
• Refunds are currently not offered. We recommend using the free trial to assess our services.

6. Missed or Cancelled Classes

If a class is canceled due to teacher-related issues such as electricity or internet problems (common in Afghanistan), a makeup class will be arranged at no extra cost.

7. Student Conduct

To ensure a safe and respectful environment, all students must:

• Be polite and respectful to teachers and classmates.
• Follow instructions during lessons and in class-related WhatsApp groups.
• Disruptive behavior may result in temporary or permanent removal from classes without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including lesson materials, videos, PDFs, and certificates, is the intellectual property of Salaam Center.
You may not:

• Copy, share, sell, or distribute any materials without written permission.
• Record or publish live Zoom sessions.

9. Privacy & Data

We collect limited personal data (e.g., student name, age, email) only for course registration and communication purposes.
We do not require account registration on our site.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
